The house sits on a quiet road just outside the village of La Meilleraie Tillay.
The small river that runs across the bottom of the garden is full of fish and can be fished with the right permits, (obtained from the local supermarket in Pouzauges).
You are totally left to your own devices in the property, we have a really nice guy who lives in Pouzauges who comes to maintain the garden.
All we ask is that you treat the property with respect and take notice of the short list of "rules" found in the property.
